1. Respectful exchange
- Treat other members as you would like to be treated: factual, friendly and constructive.
- No insults, discrimination, harassment or threats.
- Criticism of products and services is welcome – as long as it is fair and comprehensible.
2. Advertising and sales
- Unsolicited advertising, mass messages and cold acquisition of other members are not allowed.
- Partners present their offers in the channels intended for this purpose (e.g. partner pages, partner sessions).
- Recommendations are welcome if they help with a specific question and any interest is disclosed.
3. Confidentiality and data protection
- Do not share personal data of customers, employees or other members without permission.
- What is shared in closed Club sessions stays in the Club, unless the speaker agrees otherwise.
- Never post access data, API keys or passwords in Club channels.
4. Content and rights
- Only share content that you are allowed to share (texts, images, documents).
- Templates and documents provided in the Club may be used internally in your own company.
- Content shared in the Club does not replace individual legal or tax advice.
5. Violations
We may remove content that violates these rules and, in the event of repeated or serious violations, exclude members from Club channels. You can report violations at any time via the contact form or to info@tecsee.de.
