Payouts from Amazon, eBay, OTTO or Kaufland are split into revenue, commissions, advertising, fees, returns and other deductions and processed in Odoo.
What are marketplace messages?
Customer questions from marketplaces arrive centrally in Odoo and can be answered with AI support where the connector supports it.
What is the Fulfillment Network?
Own warehouses, external warehouses and fulfillment partners are connected with orders, stock, shipping and returns.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Are there transaction fees?
No. AdlerDoo charges no transaction fees in any plan – you pay the monthly price, however many orders you process.
How is settlement included in the plans?
Every marketplace settles payouts differently, so settlement is set up per marketplace. Standard can add it as an option, Professional includes one marketplace (Amazon, eBay, OTTO or Kaufland), Enterprise includes several.
Do I need hosting?
Only if Odoo is not running yet. If you use Odoo.sh or your own server, AdlerDoo runs there. Otherwise we host Odoo for you at WAWIHOST from 39,99 € per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan when you add marketplaces or need settlement.
